Federal HUD Home Value

Federal Statistics may help in deciding the value of your home before placing it on the market. It is from HUD appraisals of solds.  

  1. Make certain the right button "MSA/MSAD" is highlighted and has scrolled down to "Gadsden, AL."  
  2. Then in the next bar scroll to the most recent yearly quarter they have reported. 
  3. The next bar is to scroll down to the quarter of the year you purchased/built your home.  
  4. Then in the last box enter the price you paid.  
  5. Finally click "calculate".
  6. It should then give you an estimated price and graphic.
